If you took my first course, you’ve built your foundations. Now it’s time to refine, strengthen, layer, and level UP!
Move with Power II is a 4-week belly dance course designed to deepen your technique, sharpen your isolations, and introduce the art of layering.
This course blends technique, conditioning, musicality, and freestyle to help you dance with more control, confidence, and expression.
✨ What You’ll Learn
• Remaining Foundational Moves
Clean up and complete the last pieces of the core belly dance vocabulary.
• Layering Technique
Learn to combine movements:
hips + chest • arms + shimmies • footwork + isolations
(This is where your dance starts looking really refined!)
• Speed & Precision Training
Drills to help you move faster while staying clean and controlled.
• Strength & Conditioning
A more intense, dancer-focused workout to build your core, legs, and hip power.
• Musicality & Freestyle
Apply everything you’ve learned through guided combos and expressive play.

Tuesdays in January (5:30–6:30 PM PST):

Each week includes live class, class recording, recap sheet, and homework.
